Litter Force

Negley PTA partnered with teachers to present the Texas Department of Transportation's youth litter prevention program, the Litter Force.  During  K-2 class lessons in enrichment, students were presented with a a presentation and participated in activities.  Following the presentation, introducing the Litter Force and litter education, students cleaned litter on the Negley campus and took a pledge to combat litter.  All materials were donated.  Therefore, there was no cost for this project. Trash and recycled items were collected over a week long period.
