How to Enter:

• Follow the "How to enter" instructions for the Healthivores contest
• Follow the "Lesson Plan" provided
• Be sure to include "AFHK" or "Action for Healthy Kids" in the Keywords blank, in addition to "AMD, gaming, video game and health" when "Starting Your Activity" on the Green Ribbon Schools website (See Section 4, Step2, #4 of the Lesson Plan")

All submissions with these keywords will be entered to win the AFHK contest, and the national Healthivores contest in which teams can win up to five notebook computers.

Submissions will be judged using the following judging criteria:
Completion of the "Submission Checklist".
Game Lesson: How creatively and powerfully your game teaches a healthy lesson
Lesson Learned: How well you explain and display the health lesson you learned and want to teach others, by including text and images/video in your RESULTS page on Green Ribbon
