My game is about health and fitness because you have to get all of the plants before the time runs out or you lose. Then you need to eat the plants so you can stay healthy. You also need to run around so you get fit and stay fit, that is what my game is about.
Fruit is health for you because it has calories that we need to stay energetic, fit, and it is good for our body.
Fruit helps us by giving us the minerals and nutrition that our body needs. We need 3 servings of fruit everyday to keep us on the right track. We need them in the morning, the afternoon, and at night so our bodies can continue to have the nutrients it needs
