Healthy Fitness

     In order to be healthy you have to be fit. If you want to be fit you have to exercise alot.Exercise can be hard for kids, because they might want to play video games,or watch TV. Fitness is very important for your health, and is good for kids because it makes it easier for them to run around.To be fit you will need at least 30 minutes of exercise each day.

To get information for this game we taught games to a second grade class in our new outdoor classroom.
