Brooke and Will made a game called The Steps to Healthy Living. Sidney tries to learn the diffrent steps towards a healthy life style while avoiding the unhealthy sprites because she wants to be healthier when she grows up and live longer. Try to get through and learn the diffrent steps and not get injured or killed by the unhealthy sprites. Its good to excercise to stay fit and healthy. If you dont excercise you can get obese or have a greater chance of getting ill. Its good to eat right or you can also get obese, ill, eating disorders, and you sometimes you might not have enough energy. Stress can be really bad for you. Did you know stress has been called “the silent killer” and can lead to heart disease, high blood pressure, chest pain, and an irregular heartbeat. Stay away from bad drugs. Drugs are bad for you and can cause damage in the brain, heart, and other important organs. Some drugs are good though. If the drugs are found in a pharmacy or prescription drugs they are drugs that are ok to use but you dont want to over dose. You want to get a good amount of sleep. If you dont, your probably not gonna have enough energy for the next day. The game is intended for everyone.
