Schoolwide Recycle
The Environmental Club will spearhead a school-wide recycling program. Recycle receptacles will be placed in each classroom and in central locations throughout the building. The school will participate in the National Recycle Bowl as part of this initiative.
All teachers and students at PCIS will recycle classroom and cafeteria materials.
The environmental club will show the number of pounds recycled on a graph in the hallway. Photographs will be taken periodically to show the students in action.
The money received from the recycled materials will be used to fund any needed recycle receptacles.
The project started October 1st and will be year-round.

An outdoor work area will be used for students to read and reflect about their day while enjoying nature.
A PowerPoint presentation will be created with pictures of participating students. Students will journal their experiences.
No budget is needed for this project.
